The Zero Suicide Alliance (ZSA) offers FREE online suicide awareness training that you can complete at your own pace.

The training is aimed at anyone aged 16 and over who wants to know what to do if they’re ever in a situation where someone they know or see may be struggling with thoughts of suicide.

The Mary O’Gara Foundation’s mission is to reduce suicide-related deaths among young people in Lancashire.

Everyone can spare 30 minutes, and together, we can save lives.

LivingWorks Suicide Prevention Training

Also available and fully funded is a 90 minute session to be taken at your own pace and in your own time so much more flexible. It is suitable for everyone, fellow charity workers, bereaved parents, educators, faith communities, Public Health, the Military and concerned others, all uniting for one cause – to expand their understanding of suicide prevention
