Join us for an evening of good food, good company and great entertainment as we celebrate David Watters ‘Marathon of Golf’

Preston Golf Club is playing host to an evening of great entertainment, quality food and special guests in support of David Watters incredible 100 hole golf challenge.
Starting at 7.00pm, the evening will include a Hog Roast (provided by The Striped Pig), a live auction, some friendly competition and some fantastic entertainment by the famous Paddy Slater Music. Not to mention cheering David down the 18th and enjoying a drink or two on the 19th.
Ticket price includes a Hog Roast dinner for one and free entry into the raffle, which will be drawn on the night. Prizes include restaurant vouchers, sporting memorabilia, golf attire and much more.
This will be an informal evening of fun and laughter so no need to get suited a booted, smart casual or golf attire will do just fine.
Tickets are being sold on an individual basis, but tables will host 10 people so be sure to invite your friends.
For those down at the club early there will be a putting competition on the practice green and a chance to win a package of golf equipment. The halfway house will also be open all day with all proceeds will go to the Mary O’Gara Foundation, a Preston based charity tackling mental health issues and suicide prevention amongst young people.

100 HOLE GOLF CHALLENGE
The evening is a celebration of David Watters and his incredible endeavour to play a continuous 100 holes of golf in a single day – that’s five and half rounds of non-stop golf!!
Starting early (4.30am early) in the morning, David will be supported along the way by a host of sporting celebrities including the likes of Andy Lonergan, Clarke Carlisle, Jamie Milligan, Dave Lucas, Paul Eastwood and more
This monumental marathon of golf is being undertaken in support of the Mary O’Gara foundation, a charitable organisation tackling suicide prevention amongst young people in Lancashire.
